6 c. strained beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 boxes sure-jell
8 c. sugar
1 lg. box (6 oz.) any flavor Jello

Boil first 3 ingredients 2 minutes at a hard boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar and Jello. Boil 5 minutes. Pour in jars and seal.
