PICNIC POTATOES 
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Shredded cheese

Thaw hash browns - mix in large bowl with other ingredients. Bake in 375 degree oven about 1 hour. Before baking sprinkle crushed corn flakes or potato chips on top. Use greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Serves 10.
