2 1/2 lbs. potatoes, scrubbed
1 stick butter
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut unpeeled potatoes into chunks and put into pan. Sprinkle with dressing mix. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Remove foil and bake uncovered 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
