S.'S PICNIC POTATOES 
10 potatoes, cooked in skins & cut in cubes
1 chopped green pepper (opt.)
1 onion, grated
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter (probably 1 is enough)
3 slices cubed bread
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt cheese in saucepan, add milk, butter and season. Pour over the potatoes, bread cubes, pepper and onion in a 9"x13" glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
