MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. boiling water
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise

Sift together dry ingredients in medium bowl. In separate bowl pour boiling water over the nuts and raisins and let stand for 10 minutes. Add mayonnaise and nut-raisin mixture to dry ingredients. Use 8x11-inch pan and bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
