MARSHMALLOW PINEAPPLE DESSERT | |
1 lg. can pineapple chunks 3 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. butter 2 eggs, beaten 2 1/2 doz. marshmallows, cut into fourths 1/4 c. nuts, broken Drain juice off pineapple and put into double boiler. Add flour, butter and beaten eggs. Boil until thick. Cool. Pour over marshmallows. Add nuts and pineapple. Add one cup whipped cream. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. |
