MARSHMALLOW-PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1/2 lb. marshmallows (half of 1 lb. pkg.)
1/3 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
About 10 oz. crushed pineapple (1/2 - 20 oz. can)
16 graham cracker squares

Melt marshmallows with milk in a double boiler. Let it cool then add whipped cream. Then add drained pineapple. Crush graham crackers and put most of the crumbs in the bottom of a 7"x11" pan. Pour in the filling and sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on the top. Chill. Cut in squares to serve.

Measure the marshmallows by weight rather than by counting the amount, due to variations in marshmallow sizes recently. Optional, nuts may be added. To serve more people, about 15 to 16, double the ingredients and place in a 9"x13" pan.
