HAM BALLS 
1 1/4 lb. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. egg
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. milk
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine ham, pork, ground beef, egg and crackers; mix well. Shape into balls. Mix tomato soup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard together; heat it. Pour over ham balls and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes approximately 15-20 balls.
