SNICKER CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. Pet milk
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. (16 oz.) caramels
1 c. salted peanuts
8 oz. chocolate chips

Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup Pet milk and melted butter with a fork and press half into a greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

Melt caramels and 1/3 cup Pet milk over low heat. Spread over cake mix. Sprinkle with peanuts and chocolate chips. Drop rest of cake mix on top and spread around. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
