1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cooked ham, ground
1 1/4 tsp. dry sherry
1 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. instant minced onion

Mix all ingredients; chill until ready to serve. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
