MINNESOTA HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground chuck
8 oz. noodles, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded Cracker Barrel sharp or mellow cheddar cheese, saving some for garnish on top

Brown meat with half the celery and half the pepper. Then add cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, cream of chicken soup, and Cracker Barrel cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
