2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat the egg into butter mixture, then sour cream and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 370 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
