VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
14 1/2 oz. tomatoes
24 oz. tomato sauce
10 1/2 oz. beef broth
2 c. water
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. marjoram
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
24 oz. any leftover vegetables, fresh or frozen

Brown meat, add rest of ingredients. Heat to boil and them simmer, covered, for 2 hours. Serves 8-10.
