RUM BALLS 
2 pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 c. rum
1/2 c. honey
1 lb. walnuts, finely chopped
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Store in glass or stone crock jar in cool, dry place. They keep well as time improves the flavor.
