ROTTEN COCONUT CAKE 
2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
3 pkg. frozen coconut
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.

Make a white cake mix as directed on package. Split layers to make 4 thin layers. Put above mixture between layers and on top. Cover with saran wrap; let stand 3 days in refrigerator. Can be eaten sooner.
