TACOS 
1 lb. lean hamburger meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 diced onion (red one has more flavor)

Mix all ingredients together and brown in well greased skillet until done. Meat should be stirred with a fork so it stays loose. Shred a half a head of lettuce and mix with two large tomatoes, which should be diced. Add a tablespoon of salad oil. Salt to taste. Fold tortillas in half and fry in deep fat until crisp. Fold tortillas over fork and ease into hot fat. Hold it about a minute before releasing. The fork keeps it from frying closed. Drain off excess fat from taco shell and stuff with alternate amounts of meat and lettuce and tomato salad. Enjoy!
