VEGETABLE AND ASPIC RING 
3 1/2 c. Vegemato juice
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
Grated onion to taste
1/2 c. chopped celery
Handful celery leaves
Half onion
1/2 c. grated carrots
Cooked peas, if desired
Pinch rosemary, oregano
1/2 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
Lemon juice to taste

Simmer vegetable juice, celery leaves, onion and seasonings for 15 minutes. Strain. Add seasonings and water to make 3 3/4 cups after Jello is dissolved. Lastly add chopped celery, carrots and peas. Place in mold and allow to jell.
