BEEF SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. beef ribs
3 stalks cut up celery
2 med. onions, whole
1 can (8 oz.) Hunts sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Romano cheese
4 med. potatoes
12 c. water
4 carrots, chopped
Cook 1 c. pastene acini de pepe separately & drain

Boil beef in water for 1 hour. Remove all scum on top of water. Then add cut celery, whole medium onions, hunt sauce, salt and pepper. Add potatoes 1/2 hour before serving. Put vegetables and meat in separate dish and serve. Sprinkle cheese over soup when serving.
