CHEESE POTATOES IN FOIL 
3 lg. baking potatoes, pared
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. (2 c.) sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter

Slice potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add onions, cheese cubes and garlic salt. Slice butter over all and mix in foil. Fold foil, leaving an air space for expansion and seal well in foil. Cook about 45 minutes over hot coals or 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
