BAKED MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. milk
1/2 minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 or 4 tbsp. shortening
Flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
6 minced green onions

Combine ground beef, rolled oats, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape into balls and roll in flour. Brown in hot shortening. Arrange in baking dish.

Combine sugar, Worcestershire, catsup, water, vinegar, and green onions. Pour over meat and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
