MEATBALL BAKE 
1 can lima beans
1 can finger carrots
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes
Flour
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 egg
1/2 can mushroom soup
Crackers, seasoning
3 tbsp. oil

Mix hamburg, egg, mushroom soup; add salt and pepper. Add just enough crackers to stiffen meat. Form meatballs. Roll meatballs in flour. Brown, do not cook all the way. When meatballs are done, add about 2 to 3 tablespoons flour to oil. Add stewed tomatoes, simmer about 5 minutes. In casserole dish, mix lima beans, carrots, potatoes and meatballs. Pour tomato sauce over vegetables and meat. Mix. Bake for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes on 350 degrees or until potatoes are done.
