1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
5 crisp bacon slices or 2 tbsp. bacon bits
1 tbsp. green onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix together and chill. Great with crackers or chips.
