HARVARD BEETS | |
1 can sliced beets, drained (save liquid) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. white vinegar 1/2 c. beet juice 2 tbsp. melted butter Mix sugar, cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt with melted butter. Add vinegar and beet juice, heat. Add beets and set aside. |
