MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 lg. white onion, diced
3/4 bottle Catalina salad dressing, chilled
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lg. avocado, diced
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 (11 oz.) pkg. Fritos corn chips

Brown the ground beef. In large bowl, place all the remaining ingredients, except the salad dressing. Drain beef of all fat, then add to other ingredients. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss until ingredients are thoroughly coated.
