CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 onions
1 green pepper, chopped
2 qts. tomatoes
3 tsp. chili powder
Salt & sugar to taste
2 cans kidney beans

Saute hamburger, green pepper and onions until nearly done (pour off grease). Then add tomatoes, chili powder and kidney beans. Cook slowly for 1 hour, stirring occasionally on top of the stove. Or you can get it all heated real hot and pour into crock pot and cook slow for several hours without having to watch it on the stove.
