BANANA BREAD 
3 bananas, jammed (4 if small)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/4 c. Crisco (melted)
2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

First melt Crisco. Put bananas (chopped), egg, sugar, Crisco, baking soda into food processor and process. Add flour and nuts, then process. Pour batter into greased and floured bread tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
