BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 lg. bananas
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in coffee cans with pan of water underneath. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
