BARBECUE RIBS 
3-4 lb. ribs
2 med. onions, grated or sliced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water

Put ribs in roaster. Mix all other ingredients and pour over ribs, cover. Bake in slow oven 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
