MEXICAN SALAD | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce (hot or mild) 1 (15 oz.) bag Doritos tortilla chips, crushed 3 tomatoes, chopped 1 head lettuce, chopped Lightly brown the ground beef. Drain. Add Velveeta cheese and picante sauce. Simmer on medium heat until cheese is melted and mixed well, about 5 minutes. In a large bowl, place crushed chips, tomatoes and lettuce. Pour ground beef mixture into bowl and mix well with chips, lettuce and tomatoes. Serve while hot. |
