PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, partially drained
5-7 slices bread, cubed
Cinnamon (to sprinkle on top)

Blend sugar, butter. Add eggs, pineapple and bread. Blend. Place in well greased casserole. Let set for 1 hour. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serves 6-8.
