CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. wispride Kraft or cold pack Cheddar cheese spread
4 oz. blue cheese
2 finely chopped lg. scallions
2-3 tbsp. chopped (fine) green peppers
2-3 tbsp. chopped (fine) red pimento
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. chopped walnuts

Allow cheese to warm to room temperature.

Mash cheese together with a fork and mix ingredients with only 1/4 cup walnuts (optional).

Place in refrigerator (or freezer) and chill until mixture is firm. Flour hands and roll firm cheese mixture into a ball. Roll ball in remaining walnuts on waxed paper. Decorate with pimento and scallion.
