BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler fryer, cut up and skinned
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine egg and milk; stir well and set aside. Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip in egg mixture, dredge in flour mixture. Place chicken in 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; pour butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
