BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 fryer, cut up (2 1/2 - 3 lbs.)
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine egg and milk; set aside. Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well. Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in flour mixture. Place chicken in baking dish; pour butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
