MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. jalapeno pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 box sour cream
2 c. cheese

Mix all ingredients but cheese. Grease pan lightly. Put 1 cup cheese on bottom of pan. Pour in the bread mix and put 1 cup of cheese on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
