BAVARIAN NOODLES (GERMANY) 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together carefully. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until heated through and bubbly.
