CHICKEN CASSEROLE SUPREME 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. dry sherry or milk
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms with liquid
2 c. boned cooked chicken (in lg. pieces)
3 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Saute onions, celery and pepper in butter until tender crisp. Add soup, sherry, mushrooms, chicken, rice, seasonings and half of the cheese. Mix well.

Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot.
