CHICKEN SUPREME CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken (may use ham or turkey also)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cut up)
7 oz. pkg. uncooked noodles
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chicken broth

Mix all together and place in casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 hour (325-350 degrees).

Stir after 1/2 hour and top with bread crumbs if you wish and continue to bake for rest of hour. Serves 4-6.
