LO CAL LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
3 oz. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. dry lasagna noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and onion together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place 1/2 mixture in sprayed 9 x 13 pan.

Layer as follows: 1/2 sauce, 1/2 noodles, all of cottage cheese, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 sauce, Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered, 15 minutes uncovered. Let set 15 minutes before serving. Freezes well after baking. Add 15 minutes baking time if refrigerated. Serves 8. Counts as (1 bread, 4 protein, 1 vegetable, 35 optional calories).
