CREAM OF YELLOW BEAN AND POTATO
SOUP
 
4 med. potatoes
1 can yellow beans
1 tbsp. onion
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Cook 4 medium potatoes, cubed, and 1/2 cup diced celery until tender. Add 1 can yellow beans. Saute 2 tablespoons butter with 1 tablespoon onion until transparent. Add to potatoes. Blend 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 pint sour cream and add to soup. Add salt and pepper to taste.
