1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3 c. fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 8"x12" baking dish. Sift together flour, 1 cup of sugar, salt and baking powder and blend with milk. Pour mixture over butter. Spread peaches over this and sprinkle with other cup of sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour. Crust will magically appear! Serves 6.
