SHERRIED HAM IN CREAM 
12 thin slices baked or boiled ham, about 1 1/2 lbs.
1 c. dry sherry
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 c. Edam or Gouda cheese, shredded

Marinate ham in sherry, refrigerating for 12 hours, turning occasionally. Remove ham from sherry, and roll-up slices. Arrange rolled ham in a single layer in a greased, shallow baking dish, placing loose ends down. Pour cream over ham, sprinkle cheese evenly on top of ham. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
