HAM-CHEESE DANDY 
8 slices white bread
2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. ground cooked ham or sausage
4 eggs, beaten
Dash of red pepper
Dash of paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Remove crust from bread. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Scald milk and butter. Stir in cheese until melted. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour over bread slices and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
