FRIED DUMPLINGS 
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Bacon drippings

Add flour to the beaten eggs, this will make a thick paste (add more water if too thick, or if a more stiff dumpling is desired, add a little more flour). Drop into boiling, salted water 1/2 teaspoon at a time, holding bowl close to water, dip spoon into boiling water to prevent from sticking. Boil 15 minutes in large pan, drain thoroughly. Fry dumplings in bacon drippings and serve.
