POLISH SAUSAGE HEARTY MEAL | |
1 link of Polish sausage, cut in bite sizes 4 potatoes, diced 4 carrots, cut in quarters 1/2 head of cabbage 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper or black pepper pinch of salt Peel and dice potatoes and add carrots. In a medium-large pot, barely cover with water; bring to a boil and simmer until till half done. Drain water, leaving only about a cup of water remaining. Add cabbage and bite-sized Polish sausage.
