CHICKEN-TORTILLA CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. sour cream 1 sm. can diced green chilies 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese 6 corn tortillas, torn up 4-6 cooked chicken breasts, cut up 1/2 c. picante sauce 1 sm. onion, diced 1/2 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. milk or 5 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk Combine and microwave on high for 10 to 15 minutes or bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. |
