MEXICAN HASH BROWNS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (12 oz.) pkg. hash browns
4 oz. shredded (1/2 c.) Cheddar cheese
1 ripe tomato

Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Add tomato sauce, salt, chili powder, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Boil; reduce heat and simmer, stir occasionally.
