HASH BROWN HOT DISH 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 lb. hamburger, fried
Onions (optional)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can potato soup
1 can milk
1 sm. can corn or peas

Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan potatoes, hamburger and vegetables. Mix cream soups and milk; pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cover for 1/2 time, uncovered for last 1/2. Sprinkle with shredded cheese last 15 minutes.
