QUICK HASH BROWN HOT DISH 
1 pkg. (dry) hash brown potatoes
2 c. hot water
1 1/4 lbs. hamburger
1 c. celery, chopped
Onion
Green pepper
Salt & pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables (juice too)
1 c. cheddar cheese

Pour hot water over potatoes; cover and set aside for 15 minutes in large bowl. Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper and celery. Mix with potatoes; add soup, vegetables and juice. Put in 2 quart casserole or 9"x13" pan, top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
