HASH BROWN QUICHE | |
2 lb. frozen shredded potatoes, thawed 2/3 c. melted butter 2 lb. hamburger 2/3 c. onion, chopped 1 c. milk 4 beaten eggs 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed In a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish put the potatoes. Brush with butter. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Brown and drain hamburger and onion. Do not cool. Combine milk, eggs and cornstarch. Stir into meat mixture. Add cheese. Pour over hashbrowns. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
