HASH BROWN QUICHE | |
3 c. Mr. Dell's hash browns, thawed 1/3 c. butter, melted 4 oz. hot pepper cheese, shredded 6 oz. diced cooked ham or sausage 4 oz. Swiss or cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt Press hash browns between 2 paper towels to absorb moisture. Press into bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate to form crust. Drizzle melted butter over hash browns. Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and remove pan. Toss together ham and cheeses and place in crust. Beat milk with eggs and salt. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake uncovered in the 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Eat. |
